Steps to Secure Your Dream Property
Once you have found your dream property and an agreement has been reached on the purchase price, the next step is to sign a reservation agreement for the property.
And then we prepare a purchase contract between the buyer and the seller, with a clauses that will specify the payment process, the completion and delivery date and the formal signing of the deed of sale at the Notary's Public office.

Investing in real estate in Spain is quite different from the buying process you are used to in the real estate environment in other countries, but with the right person on your side it doesn’t have to be so complicated.
All documents are interpreted into your language to ensure the buyers full understanding.
Following the signing of the deed of sale and full payment, the keys are handed over. If you are unable to be present at this turning point, we are here to assist you with a power of attorney (POA). This can be arranged at any point during the purchase process, either with a Notary Public in Spain or a Magistrate in Iceland, but in Iceland, you will also need to obtain an "Apostille" stamp from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to certify the relevant documents.

The agreed-upon completion day is usually a day of great joy. You'll then receive a "Copia simple," which is a copy of the deed proving your property purchase.
After registration with the Real Estate Registration, you'll receive the original deed.
If a mortgage loan is applied for during the purchase, the commercial bank handles the registration of the original purchase deed and the original mortgage loan deed with the Real Estate Registration.
Registration can take 1 to 2 months and when you receive the original deed, you should guard and cherish it like "the apple of your eye."
